I told her that i did not need to rotate my tires but they were rotated anyway. The manager har them rotated again at no charge to me. It was made right and that was fine.

Service dept did some warranty work and that was all good,my biggest complaint goes to your parts dept,I do my own service work and every time I have came in they just make up a price,I know what the msrp is before I go and they jump up 3 dollars a quart more for trans fluid that's just one item,not sure what's going on with all that but I'll just go to Rusty Wallace to not get ripped anymore they are always in line with msrp pricing,and I do have my tickets where they charged a different price for the same item on several visits. The reason we bought our CRV from you was you had the exact one we needed Rusty did not have one,and our salesman Dan Sanford was very helpful top notch.
