Meagan is heaven sent! She made it a priority to get my vehicle fixed before my warranty expired. I had made several attempts with other associates at Airport Honda to fix my transmission and was given the run around, even the person who sold me the vehicle. Meagan stepped right in and did her job. I am forever grateful for her ??

Showed up at 7:15am, first one in line for service. Garage doors opened and my car was taken back at 7:30am, my appointment time. I noticed around 8:30am other people’s cars that came in after me were done and people were checking out. I had a new service manager, which I understand is learning. It took me 12 minutes to check out with him and left the garage at 8:42am. This is a routine maintenance procedure and took a lot longer than expected, especially being first in line.
Meagan was GREAT!!!! She is knowledgeable, professional and personable!
The Honda team are always courteous and helpful when I come in. Management is always willing to help! That means a lot to me. I thank everyone so much. Kylie usually helps and directs me to the person or people to help me. Hannah Wright was wonderful!
