Hannah was great!! only complaint is I think a deodorizer or something was sprayed in my car? I get migraines super easily from strong smells and I'm having to try to air my car out as the smell irritating. Would prefer nothing be sprayed or my car not be wiped down. I honestly not sure what it is but smelled it right upon getting in
I was visiting in the area from MI and 2 engine type lights were on. He helped get in and out and fixed the problems within 2.5 hours!! I was so excited to not loose a day of exploring the Smokies. I had WONDERFUL service and help. The 2 mints on my dash was frosting on the cake. I highly recommend Matt!!!

Joe was incredibly helpful, informative, welcoming to questions, and kind in his service to us. One of the better experiences we’ve had checking in and out because of Joe.
Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a 1-1.5 hour time frame ended up being over 3 hours (I waited at the dealership) and when I inquired, nobody initially even knew who I was or that my van was even in for servicing. When I was discussing with the service manager about the situation, I was explained that that’s the way the manufacturer works on issues - well, the manufacturer and the dealership to me are one and the same and so thought that this was an unacceptable was to handle the situation.
