Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a 1-1.5 hour time frame ended up being over 3 hours (I waited at the dealership) and when I inquired, nobody initially even knew who I was or that my van was even in for servicing. When I was discussing with the service manager about the situation, I was explained that that’s the way the manufacturer works on issues - well, the manufacturer and the dealership to me are one and the same and so thought that this was an unacceptable was to handle the situation.
I was not made aware of a diagnostic fee upon dropping off my vehicle as well as when I called later that day. On the phone call, the lady said the multi point inspection is free but did not mention the diagnostic fee either.
Ryan and Megan did a fantastic job helping with my maintenance today. Great experience.

As soon as I leave your service at Honda my maintenance light for my tires comes on. I had just had a tire rotation done and an oil change. It always seems like more problems arise as soon as I leave. I had to pre pay for new tires because they said my tires were bald. I got back to town and had a mechanic friend look at them and he said the worst one had 60 percent left. I’m going to have the tires put on and my maintenance light turned off but after that I will be finding a new place to take my car for service and I will never buy another car or use your services ever again.
Meagan has helped us several times when we come in for service on our vehicle. Meagan is always friendly and answers any questions I have about the vehicle service. Keep up the good work!

I enjoy seeing Megan Pless, she is very nice and informative . I just wish car repairs didn’t cost an arm and a leg. $445 for transmission fluid drained and refilled with filter. I feel is excessive.

Great service. I thought I needed a new blower motor but it was only dirty. I thought I needed all new lightbulb but just needed two. Honest work at good price, and I was informed of costs before work began. I really like Meagan and the way I was treated. All the employees were very friendly
