Love your service dept. They are all super nice. Meagan worked with me several times when I have been there so I like her honesty and she’s a sweet girl, makes me feel comfortable. And I love my Honda CRV!!!
The service team completed the services on my auto in a timely manner and advised me on other items they found but did not need immediate attention. I appreciate the notification of future needs.
The service was great! I hate the traffic! I remember why I don't come to you more often. Maybe advocate for a traffic light or a stop sign somewhere!!!

Megan did not check whether the recall that had been issued a year ago had been done. I realize the dealership had trouble getting the part. The part was in and they did replace it but it would have been easier for me if I had not had to ask about when I picked up my car. I had forgotten about the recall until I picked up my car. Otherwise they were very cordial, professional and helpful. We all make mistakes so that is what it was.
Oil change was done quickly. Everyone is friendly.

Two hours of waiting and no one came to update me except about 5-10 minutes after I left my keys with them. She waved at me while looking for someone else letting me know my vehicle had been taken back. After waiting approximately 2 hour I finally went to find someone and 2 minutes later my car appeared in the outgoing garage. Then they had to find my ticket and the keys. Finally found them at a different desk. Service advisor who checked me I had gone to lunch.
I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism and the extended wait time.
