Very efficient and work was completed in a shorter period of time.
This was a last minute attempt to replace a lost key fob on a Saturday afternoon. But I was able to make an appointment within an hour of calling, got there 10 minutes early, took care of some paperwork and was told it should take about 45 minutes — and he called that exactly right. Had one follow up question which was quickly answered. I got great service and I really appreciate it. Outstanding employee.
