I was not informed there would be a 3% additional charge for using a credit card upon ordering a new Honda windshield. Disappointed Honda has lowered themselves to charging such fees. Other than that, Joe was perfect in taking care of my repair.

**** was great & my service was completed quickly, for that I am completely satisfied and thankful. However, I do find it ridiculous that a company as big as Honda finds it appropriate to charge their customers a 3% fee if they pay with a credit card. I also believe it should be made known to customers verbally PRIOR to the moment of payment so customers can make a decision and believe it should be conspicuously advertised as such - not on a small black sticker on a desktop.

Well I called several times to the service department and no one answered. Then it went to voice mail. I kept calling back and finally found out that they had a tire in stock that I needed in an emergency. They called me back after I dropped off my car to tell me that it was going to be almost 400.00 for a tire for a Honda accord . What a joke. I will not be bring big my lease car there again

I’ve brought my vehicles to Airport Honda to service for many years. Today, after spending close to $460 I’m told if I use my credit card I’ll be charged a 3% fee. Really? This disheartens me greatly. My husband went today to get his oil changed at Valvoline and wasn’t charged the 3% fee. I will be evaluating my next service facility. I wrote a check, to keep from paying the fee but I will be searching for a place to handle my cars service needs that doesn’t charge the 3% fee. Sad day indeed.

Associate was rude! I NEVER reply to these text but I was so upset that I felt I should answer your request. When the car was dropped off the associate was asked about doing a transmission service. My husband ask if they change the filter and fluid during service. Associate said “no they only pull a screen and clean it”. I was standing by my husband when he said that. I clearly remember this because it was a lengthy conversation for us when we left. We couldn’t believe they didn’t change filter and fluid during a transmission service. We dropped the car off and told him we were going on vacation and would pick it up when we returned. We also told him our return date. During vehicle pickup he denied saying they don’t change the filter and fluid during transmission service and said we didn’t tell him we were going on vacation. I may have overlooked this, but I cannot overlook his attitude. We are in the market for a new vehicle because the transmission is bad in my current vehicle. We will not purchase or step into your dealership again nor will we purchase a Honda based on this experience. Attitude is everything with a car dealership. It can turn a customer away from a dealership as well as a make on a vehicle!

This was the 2nd time I’ve tried to use a coupon and told the 1st advisor and when I got the estimate, it was wrong compared to the final estimate I got, I had already paid the $300.00 or so dollars and the discount was not applied.. What’s the point in coupons if they actually do not get put down as discussed from the beginning? I was offered to refund the whole transaction and do the payment again, but, I did not want all that reversing on my card… The 2nd adviser that checked me out, was nice, and at least offered to do all the refunds… Anyway, other than that, experience was fine… It’s always clean… There was 3 snacks in a basket and nothing to drink but coffee and water…. Other than paying for a drink in a vending machine….I have went to the service department at 2 Knoxville Honda dealerships, they both lack in customer service and it really appears, just after the money…. My buying experience was awesome both times, service department not so much… I guess I expect too much…. I love Hondas and have bought 2 from Airport Honda, but, the drive to Alcoa Highway from over an hour away in traffic, is not a highlight for me… I just expect what was discussed to be done… Delena
