Miss Mega is a person without conscience. She made me spend money and then says that they don't fix rebuilt cars. But yes, then that's true. Because I received my Honda CRV and Shira treats me like anyone else. I've been a customer for a year and I've been a dealer.

I told the guy I was hearing a grinding sound coming from my brakes. Well he brings me the paperwork with all this other stuff I need to have done but insisted the brakes were fine. Well the brakes aren’t fine because I’m still hearing the grinding noise and it’s a lot worse now than when I brought it in, so something is definitely going on with my brakes. Now I’m going to have to make another trip up there for a problem that should have already been taken care of.

I don't understand why I was charged for a tire rotation when I bought brand new tires. Also the last time I was there you were supposed to rotate my tires but they never rotated them thank you very much for your time.
