I text a message, when I left the dealership it showed that my phone was charging and I had 75%. When I got home. An hour later I only had 71% and had it on charge the whole time. Something is still wrong please call me back at ****-****-xxxx. Thank you

**** was great but I was both surprised and frustrated that you tacked on a 3% fee to pay by card. Your dealership and the Honda corporation are BOTH making plenty of money. The amount of greed that companies have made this part of the way of doing business is ridiculous. Are you even remotely concerned or aware about the amount of people who have to pay by card just to afford other basic necessities. Disappointed that Airport Honda and I assume all the other dealerships that are owned by this same group have resorted to this practice.

Initial work time estimate was 45 minutes when I made the appointment over the phone. When I arrived at my 2:30 appointment they were very busy and the attendant said about 1-2 hours completion. They finished in 45 and Hannah greeted me with my repaired vehicle. Pleased with all the staff and efficiency to get me back on the road
