Meagan is awesome! She always takes great care of me and really makes the whole service experience enjoyable. She thoroughly communicates, ensures she isn’t missing anything with my daughter’s car, & always ensures all my services are complete when they need to be. She even found a way today to come and break the news to me that my daughter had torn the skid plate off her car and managed to help me keep a smile on my face…????She is an asset to your dealership!

I bought new tires, and realized after prepaying that I wasn’t given the “price match” price. When I called ****, he said he’d take care of it. However, when we came to have the tires installed, **** went to lunch before our car was ready, so when no one at check out knew anything about the situation it was very uncomfortable. The ladies were obviously irritated and had trouble understanding what had transpired. No one apologized for what felt like an accusatory interaction. We had just spent a lot of money and left feeling insulted.

Most everything was great. However I asked for the service center to fix the "SNOW" button on the gear shift button panel due to it being stuck. I was told it would be taken care of but when my wife returned home, it hadn't been fixed.

He is very thorough and explains everything! I was told at Auto National that I needed a front left strut that would be $900! Jeremy told me it did need a strut and getting one on the right also would be best . He said that he would check with my extended warranty to see if they would cover the cost! Three days later he called me and said that they would cover the costs of both struts except for the $250 deductible! Amazing difference in dealerships! Thank you Jeremy!
