Ryan is very respectful and easy to deal with. However, I don’t feel that he is very attentive. It’s happened twice now, and I wrote the first time off as a fluke. The first time I was told that it would take 5 minutes to wash my car after my service was completed. My car was driven off and then came back. I sat there a little over 30 minutes. I then had to go ask for myself if my car was completed. He said yes, but my car had not even been washed. Now this time, my car was brought out to me after what was supposed to be 4 new tires and a replacement of two trim pieces that had been broken. I pay, and when we go over to check my car, the trim pieces had not been completed. So then my car is taken back to complete that. I notice that my car is brought back and I sit for another 30 minutes until I go to check for myself. I then speak to another service advisor who says they have no idea about my car. I can see that the trim pieces have been completed, but Ryan never came to inform me of this, and he was nowhere to be found. I don’t expect the world, but I do expect attentive service, especially when I just spent 1,400 dollars for service. Again, Ryan is respectful and easy to talk to, but is not attentive at all.

It took too long without more communication on Ryan's part. After he said it was almost ready it took 50 min to get my car and I had to initiate the conversation. Ryan went out to check and found the mechanic doing something other finishing my car. This was a recall for the filler neck, surely this doesn't take 2 and a half hours to complete.

Charging $300.00 for basically 30 minutes of work is just wrong. I will probably never come back for either service or to buy a new car. I will find somewhere else
