I left a truck I bought from you only two weeks after closing the deal because transmission and brakes were acting weird. It was sitting there for three weeks, and nobody fixed anything. You guys, didn’t touch anything about transmission and brakes are exactly failing as nobody touched them. Three weeks. When you told me my truck was ready for pick up, half of dash was on the floor, so I left it two more days, and when I finally pick it up, with the same problems untouched, was also super dirty inside. All that with the “extended warranty” I bought from you. Next day I pick the truck, I just got a forscan scanner and run it with my own laptop and just reset the learning tables of transmission (I told to do it to your mechanics, and they apparently didn’t care) and in les than 2 minutes the truck was fixed. I also bought my own brake rotor and replace it and now is perfect. I expend just 134$ in all and half hour for rotor change. After 5 weeks I bought this truck from you, and almost 30k price, I ended fixing all by myself and nobody from the service shop told me a single word about what happened with my car at any moment. You guys, return the car to me because I called several times, not because somebody was taking care of it and was helping me to solve the situation. Very sad. This was the 3rd car I got there. I am not sure if I will trust you for my next ones.
