Your associates were fine. Just your policies. I got my check engine light code scanned for free somewhere else. And I could buy a scanner cheaper than your diag fee. And buy my new OEM gas cap cheaper than your fee and get the OEM cap from someone cheaper including shipping. I know you need to make money but not all people are stupid. I do like that you have included pictures of the multipoint Inspection. My rear brakes need replaced. I can get OEM for $50 and do them myself. It takes a tech 30 mins or less to complete this task. But you still charge 1 hour of labor. Just seems greedy. But you are a business, I get that and old people fall for it. I like Honda and Toyota. But all car dealers are crazy high. Thank you for reading my rant. Alcoa Honda did a good job today and it was right at 1 hour for my oil change.

Got me in and back on the road quickly. Had some questions about tires got all those answers. Will select Hannah as advisor for future service visits.
