The service gentleman, Joe had left for the day and a young lady cashiers took my payment and accepted the loaner return. I thought the paperwork that she gave me was a copy of the R/O but it wasn’t. If possible I would like a copy for my records. Thank you.

I was thoroughly pleased with Ryan’s professional knowledge of my vehicle and just as importantly, his interpersonal skills! Since this was my first time visiting the service dept, his ability to make me feel extremely comfortable was simply wonderful! I was extremely impressed and felt comfortable asking him those questions that sometimes don’t get asked!! Yes, Ryan is an excellent ambassador for Honda! He not only made sure I understood the process but kept me informed about the process!! I was a little apprehensive about what the process would entail, but having Ryan as my guide eliminated those concerns! I hope he will be here for my next visit!
