Ryan provides extremely good service. Very willing to explain whatever ieas happening with my car, and immediately made the necessary repairto correct my car issue in s very timely manner. Actually corrected the problem much sooner than I expected.

Always had a great customer service there. However, I had an appointment time of 10:30 AM for just an oil change and it took them two hours and 15 minutes to complete it. It's been like that the past few times I've been in there with my vehicles. Why making an appointment if you're going to wait as long as someone who walks in for the same service?

Meagan was very knowledgeable about everything. She gave me all info on the “readings” on my car and why a particular service was needed or not needed at this time. She was very pleasant and engaged in delightful conversation. She told me it would take about 1-1.25 hrs., and she was “spot on”. I asked her about the possibility of getting several extra things done (oil change mileage sticker on windshield, having the inside car windshield cleaned, having the driver side floor mat area cleaned), and she made sure all those were done!! She even walked me over to my car when leaving. Definitely an A++ employee!!
He took care of my car quickly and clearly explained the issues found. He called and confirmed that the repair my car needs is under warranty.
