The only thing that could have been better was that the service could have known that my oil change was free due to my purchasing the car just last February. I had to bring that up myself. I would think that would have been flagged prior to my appointment.
They spilled gasoline in my car. The fumes are so strong I can't even be in the car without all the windows down and my face out the window. In January. During a winter storm. You're a dealership, you have a detailing department. You could, and should, have cleaned it up.
After getting the car back from service the climate control made a loud noise when the blower motor was turned to high. After checking the cabin air filter that had been replaced I found a rock below the filter in the blower.
Our car has given us great service as have the other 8 Hondas we have had since 1979. We did not expect the extra service today but want to keep our car in tip top shape.

Meagan went above and beyond to be helpful from the time I pulled into the garage and until I left. I've been to Airport Honda several times for service and never received the high level of customer service Meagan provided. Meagan was not only helpful but extremely knowledge and friendly, I highly recommend booking with her!
Strange messages and your service people checked everything out. Nothing showed up. We were not charged.
I always depend on airport Honda. They don’t let me down.
Joe LaFollette was professional and efficient. The service department changed our oil AND rotated the tires and did a safety check and got us done in less than an hour. He even walked me to my car.
