I am always pleased with your service. You all do a good job however when I come in for an oil change for once I’d like that to be all I get instead of walking out with a $500 bill. My car is not old.

At time of purchase, I paid for premium extended warrenty. The first time I have an issue, I am told the warrenty does not apply. The mechanical that drives my back glass does not work. Your team says they have to replace the whole back glass. The warranty company says they do not cover glass. They also say Honda can replace the motor without the glass. Honda does not want the expense and neither does the warranty company that and I continue to pay both handsomely each month. I rarely use the powered back glass on a vehicle that is still practically brand new, not even 20,000 miles. However, contrary to all the promises made when I was sold the vehicle and warranty, the customer, me, is getting screwed on a technicality. There is NOTHING wrong with my glass. It is the motor! I did not break anything, it failed on a part rarely used. Honda and or the warranty company they so enthusiastically sold me on should cover this. However, it is painfully clear that I will be stuck with either a $2000 bill or a rear truck window that will never work again. I am a brand loyal man. If I am treated well and fair, I always come back. At this point, I have lost faith in Honda. I should have stayed with my 20 year old Lexus which never failed me.

With Meghan fin, but your 3% credit card free is WRONG in every way. There are so many people struggling in the world who have no choice but to put some things on a card to survive. Make a choice pay some interest and use a card or not feed the family this week. This is just pure GREED by a dealership that makes money hand over fist. How many dealerships are under your umbrella. I would be embarrassed if I was as GREEDY as the owners and top leaders of your place are. You do NOT need this fee, you have chose to punish hard working people to satisfy YOUR GREED.

My rep was perfectly fine. I was ambushed by your policy of a 3% "convenience fee" for paying with a credit card with no previous warning until I was ready to pay. You can characterize it however you want--it's an absolutely craven and gutless power move. Period. Your bald-faced greed sickens me. Thus is your charge that you owe to the credit industry, and YOU should pay it. I have two words for whatever smug, smirking con man who came up with this-- **** you. I doubt I'll be back.
