I'm new to Tennessee so I needed a Honda dealer. This is the second time I have come to you for an oil change. Both times it is took over 2 hours just to get an oil change. Yesterday I saw my car sitting in the back lot for close to an hour before I was told it was ready.
For comparison, the dealer in Illinois where I bought the car, does oil changes in 15 to 20 minutes. If I needed something checked out during that appointment, it would maybe add a few extra minutes as somebody drove with me so I could let them listen to or explain the situation. They did not try to charge me $138 Diagostic fee to check on a problem.
The dealer in Illinois also had loaner cars, so if the repair was going to take multiple hours, they would put me in a loaner car and I could be on my way to work rather than waiting at the dealership for multiple hours. I didn't see any place on your web page nor was I offered that kind of service.

Check in and out was efficient. Communication was great. The only concern I had was learning from the cashier my key was supposed to have been left in my car following service. As I had left my car and was not waiting on it, the security of my vehicle sitting on the lot with the key in it was concerning. Luckily, when I went to my car, I found that the key was not in it as the cashier said and I had to return to her desk to retrieve the key.
Hannah is a delight. she took good care of me. Best service agent ever. However, the part needed to fix my problem is back ordered, so I have to come in again. UGH!
Service is always excellent and all employees are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely continue to work with Airport Honda for all sales and service departments. As a long time customer we would definitely recommend your business to anyone. Thanks again for the top notch job everyone does.
Everyone was extremely respectful and courteous and I was confident in what I was told about my car.
Front-line customer service women are undertrained/educated for their jobs and leave poor impressions.Received no to inadequate information on my car's service & timely notice when the service was completed. Also, the "Next Service Due" sticker was NOT updated.

I have intermittent zone control issues with my a/c. They recommended I replace my compressor, clutch, & condenser. Guess my system comes and goes. Paid you $143 for an analysis that didn’t make sense.
Appreciate being worked in due to a dead battery still under warranty. And I just forgot her name but the customer service girl who assisted was the BEST customer service person I’ve EVER worked with. GiVE HER A BIG RAISE and/or promotion!
