Airport honda is always great...from the time you walk in to the time you walk out.
Generally very good, but technician forgot to reset my oil fill sensor. This resulted in a long call to Service Dept.for me to reset from home. Otherwise, very good.
The most recent service (replacement of battery) was swift and appreciated. However, our CRV was brought in for a battery check (on or about 7/28) after requiring a jump start and before we left on a 5400-mile National Park trip. Car was checked on all was said to be ok. Twice while on the trip, a jump start was again required. Upon our return home (8/17), I called the Service Dept, explained the situation, and asked for an appointment. The earliest I could get one was 8/25. The morning of 8/23 the battery was dead again. I called and was told I could drop it off that day “but we may not get to it before Friday (8/25).” That was the day the battery was replaced. Overall, I absolutely was not satisfied.

The staff and service are the best I have ever experienced in the auto service industry. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Airport Honda and do all our maintenance for the vehicles there. Outstanding quality customer service
I had an appointment scheduled. Overall it took two and a half hours to get my oil changed, a filter changed and whatever else (a tire rotation maybe) done. Now I will admit thirty of those minutes were my fault because got to my appointment super early, that is on me. But two hours for everything else when I had an appointment seems like a lot, when I know I have come there with no appointments to get the same service and been out in an hour.

After some confusion with my original appointment, Sean and Megan went above and beyond to make it right. I've not had any service done at Airport Honda for a while,
but it seems like the customer service has improved significantly. I will absolutely be returning the next time I need my vehicle serviced.
Your service advisor was great, but my AC was not fixed. Will need to return for service.
Mary was great but I did not receive paperwork like usual with information about the visit like what fluids were checked, my tires, my brakes etc. I also did not receive a sticker indicating when I need my oil changed again or my odometer oil changed. Very disappointed, and when I called to see if I could acquire the paperwork I was never contacted. Hopefully I was not ripped off.
Mary was great and so was Randy the mechanic and Scott has been awesome as well. Just not completely satisfied with the car yet because the engine light keeps coming back on. I will be Briton back to you all to figure it out. Thank you

Meagan Pless is a real asset to your company. She is confident and able to make decisions to keep things running smoothly and efficiently while keeping everyone happy. I hope you appreciate her. FYI the only times I've ever met her were the two occasions I was there having my car serviced. I did not know her previous to that. But she made a big impression. I'm retired now but have worked with or supervised many people over the years and I recognize a good employee when I see one
