I have never ever had a problem coming to airport Honda and I understand y’all might have been short staffed. But I sat outside for while before my car was checked in. I made my appointment online about 1 month in advance. Upon getting inside they told me the recall could take 2-4 hours nobody told me prior to arrival this would take this long and I had it in the scheduled service when I booked my appointment online. We were told a shuttle could take me and my kids to mall over one hour later and I had not heard anything so I walked to the desk to ask and they were pulling my car around because it was ready. I’m not sure how 2-4 hour recall job plus my oil change and tire rotation went from 2-4 hours for just recall to less than 2 hours for everything. My car sat ready for so long that other customers were checked out behind me and my car was moved to the lot like I wasn’t even there. Joe was listed on my ticket but Kylie came and ask me could she help me. She got me checked out after waiting additional time while Joe took care of other customers that came in after me. My car was ready and I couldn’t get anybody to check me out. I get outside and my car is locked. I had to come back inside for them to try to find the keys. Not a good experience this time. If y’all tell somebody you have shuttle and will take them to mall have shuttle driver take them or don’t tell them at all. It normally takes one hour to do just my oil change and tire rotation then they told 2-4 hours for recall which is why we were going to use shuttle. How was all that done in less than 2 hours total? They told me they had to remove the dash so now I’m wondering what was really done to my car
