I spent close to an hour just trying to get the correct part ordered! I had to research the part on my own accord because the lady on the phone couldn’t find anything on her behalf. She eventually transferred me to a guy who was able to pull it up without any issues. I was at work trying to get something scheduled that I presumed would take 5 minutes at most since I was just at the service department for this issue back in April! She kept blaming it on a new system but that should never be the customer’s problem!
