Have to take 3 times to fix issue won’t ever go there again
Loaner car was disgusting never seen dirty car like that and I choose airport because new service manager was amazing rest don’t care
Took vehicle in for recall, oil change, and differential fluid change. They know what features I have on my Pilot, so why would they not have the parts to preform the recall on the vehicle. Now the part had to be ordered and another 3-4 hour service needs to be done at a later time. I was very disappointed.
Enjoyed discussing my vehicle and up-to-date maintenance record about my vehicle.
Mary was fantastic! She kept me informed although I feel if your car is kept overnight for repairs (especially when it only had 1200 miles on it) you should be given a car to drive. Also, after a service repair the car should have been at least washed. I was also promised something from my salesman and I was told it wouldn’t be honored because the salesman is no longer there. Very bad customer service in that area. I still have not been told when the 3rd Evening of the month about learning about the dealership. Mary was the only positive thing about my experience with the dealership so far.

She was so kind. I had brought vehicle in the day before and had gotten two need tires on front. As I left for vacation on Friday morning vehicle was “bouncing” a lot. Brought vehicle by dealership and was taken straight in. Issue was a back tire out of balance. Issue was resolved at no charge to me and off to my vacation I went. Thanks to all

Hello Joe! When I had my car in for oil change and tire rotation, the tech found what may have been a power steering oil leakage. I laid a cardboard box down under the car—the first few days there was a drop or two that fell. But after that, no drops at all.
Not sure what it was but I see no need to bring my car back in until the next oil change.
FYI—could you make a note that I’d like an updated oil change sticker on my windshield each time I get an oil change so I’ll know when the next one is due. Thank you! Sandra

I said no due to the fact I had to pay for what I thought Honda should cover 100%. I understand it is being looked at.
We were treated extremely well, and were very pleased.
Mary went “above and beyond “ ALL expectations of taking care of me and my needs today. It was a busy day at Honda and she NEVER rushed me nor hesitated to answer any of my questions until I had complete understanding. She took excellent care of me and my car and I totally appreciate her.
