Car still shows it needs a software update & it can’t do it… see your service center. Also from my understanding when purchasing it, the car would tell us when we needed to setup a maintenance visit manually, but apparently we needed to do that ourselves before it was functional or activate something / somehow that I still don’t know exact what it was…

Cane in with a dead battery and you could find d nothing wrong. Getting ready to drive cross country and hate to think I will be stranded at some point.

Thank you to Sean and the Airport Honda team who were able to evaluate my car on the same day that it was towed in. We were on our way to vacation when my mini van broke down on the side of the mountain. It was a very stressful time for us all. Sean was courteous to us even when our frustrations were high due to things way out of his control. So Thank you again for your impeccable customer service!

Hannah was very polite and professional on the phone. That being said, the way my service was handled was a complete fiasco. Apparently, Hannah had gone to lunch, even though she knew it was coming, and they could not find my paperwork, my keys, or my vehicle. So that meant that they had to find my vehicle and find out what has been finished. They were also supposed to clean my vehicle. According to Hannah, when I spoke to her on the phone, said it was completed. but after they found my vehicle, they stated it was still being cleaned. All in all I was hoping to just be there 15 minutes tops to pick up my vehicle. I spent over 45 minutes trying to find out where it was so that I could leave and get my errands done. I do believe communication is key, which did not happen that day. I went to this Honda dealership hoping to get things done quickly since it is closer to my home. But if this is the type of service I’ll receive, maybe I should just go to AutoNation instead.
