My only complaint is that instead of letting me pay my bill, they gave it to the sales department and it took forever to get them to let me pay it and leave. Also, I had a coupon for the oil change that I was not able to use because the service department was closed. I was told that the service department would text me when my car was ready, but instead they texted the sales person. I did ask to drive a used car but that didn’t give the service department the right to NOT notify me when my car was ready. I felt trapped by the sales department. I could not make my payment and I could not get my key back. I missed my church service because of it. The work done on my car was excellent but the sales department was inconsiderate when I told them I wanted to pay and leave.
There was confusion on the price quoted to me and the ability to use an online coupon. There is a big difference between $10 and 10%. Also, I was quoted $185 for everything, including tax, before the coupon. Lots of confusion trying to check out so I just finally paid as it was easier than trying to explain how math works.

Meagan is very nice and personable and there was nothing wrong with her service. I was very frustrated with the entire process and I know some of that was out of the control of the company. When I call to make appointments or ask questions it is difficult because often no one answers. I wind up calling multiple times. I requested a loaner and that wasn’t available. I wanted to reschedule but they said they would pick it up and drop it off same day. Supposed to pick up at 8:15, was told I was wrong, it was 8:30 but no one came till almost 9. Then when trying to pay, the price was wrong and if I hadn’t insisted it be reviewed again I would have been charged incorrectly. Then, with the receipt I still can’t really tell if the final bill was correct or why there was an additional $30 charge. Then, they get into an accident on the way to rerun my vehicle. I appreciate the call from the assistant manager and am glad no one was hurt but this was not a good experience having my vehicle worked on. . Now I need to come back to get the bumper replaced and I hope that goes smoothly and I appreciate the fix. It just made for a very stressful day.

I can’t say enough about the great service at Airport Honda. I had an unexpected issue with my 2017 Honda Ridgeline and showed up without an appointment Joe Lafollette the service writer was able to get me in right away and take care of my problem. The people and the service at Airport Honda are top notch. Many thanks to Joe and the technicians who worked on my truck.
She did a great job watching over my car to ensure work was completed in a timely manner.
