The only issues I had were, the Oil Life indicator was not reset, and when I called for assistance in resetting, I was told I’d get a call back. A call was returned, but they hung up before my phone was able to ring one complete ring. Other than that, great service

She went above and beyond for me! I was having such a hard time and when I explained everything to her she took matters into her hands and took care of everything! So Thankful for her! Genuinely treated me like I was family thank you again so very much !

It was very busy and it took awhile to have someone help me when I first arrived, even though I had an appointment scheduled. Then when I received a text message telling me the results of an inspection. I didnt understand the recommendations, so texted back asking someone to explain further. I got no response. I finally walked around to the area where advisors were. Everyone was busy and I could not find anyone to help me. So I went back to the waiting area, very frustrated. Finally my advisor came to talk to me. He was very nice and explained what was found so that I could understand it. There were 2 very expensive issues, which he said parts would have to be ordered. I did not have another hour and a half to wait anyway. But he said he would print out an estimate and detailed description of each. When I got home, I had nothing but receipt papers on the service I had done. Also my tpms light was on. Very frustrating, as now I will have to make another trip out to get it turned off or looked at. My husband wants to take my truck somewhere else to have the expensive work done or at least to get a second opinion. I have always brought my truch back to Airport Honda where we purchased it new in 2007. But this is the first time I have been frustrated with the whole experience. I must say everyone was very nice and very busy. I give them all credit for working hard

Given incorrect information and if I hadn’t them I would have been paying for something that wasn’t correct.
I was surprised that they could get my car fixed so fast. I know they had other cars to work on before mine came in. Joe seemed to really care about getting it back on the road for me and helping with a few small problems that had popped up. Very happy with Hondas service department.
Hannah was so helpful and worked to research my warranty when I didn’t know anything that it would cover and saved me money! She was very pleasant and had a wonderful, kind attitude!
