I recently had to have service done on my Honda Passport. On this visit to the service department I worked with Jimmy and Joe. As has been my experience in the past, I was greeted in a courteous, professional manner and throughout the visit, was kept advised of the results of the diagnostics and what needed to be done to correct the problem. The tech empt everything in my glove box on the floor and did not put everything back. I keep my car very clean & didn’t appreciate getting my car back the way I did.
I wasn’t satisfied with the service time. I was there for 2 hours. I normally get my car serviced at morristown Honda, but I was there 2.5 hours for a simple oil change last time, so I tried going to another dealership, and it was 2 hours. To be honest, no one has time for that. I understand that’s what we have to do to keep our warranty, and I understand if I was having a major repair it taking that long. But, a simple oil change and cabin filter change? My suggestion is work on your turn around times, especially for the clients that are staying in longe while car is serviced, or at least offer them a loaner car.

I was very pleased with Mary Limbaugh but the work in my vehicle was totally unexceptionable. I truly hope someone will follow up and contact me but only if it will help solve the problems with my car. I will wait a few days before I elevate m my complaints.
