Joe was really great at addressing all the problems with my Honda Odyssey. He took them one by one and worked with me get the all fixed. The van drives amazingly after all repairs. Really enjoyed working with Joe to get the car running great again!

They vehicle set outside over thirty minutes after the Technician was done didn't let me know Until I asked about it. The services not the same This would probably be last time come I believe customer should come first.

The only thing that was not excellent is what it takes to get ahold of the service department. Everyone is nice and helpful. The initial phone call to get something scheduled is a challenge. Often ringing for long periods of time and twice I was redirected to someone who did not having a matching voicemail (voicemail was someone from the IT department but was actually for a service rep). That part can be confusing and not helpful (and it’s been hard before). Beyond that everything was great

I paid a steep fee for the oil change but for the first time in 10.5 years of owning this car, the oil life indicator was not reset when I picked up my car. How do I know that my oil was actually changed? Also, when I went to pick up my car at the airport after requesting that it be dropped off there, I found it unlocked with the key in plain view in the emergency brake well!!! Anyone could have driven away with my car!! Again this has never happened—my car has always been locked with key in glove box. Can someone call me about these two issues? ****-****-xxxx. -Carrie

I was very pleased with Meagan Pless. She was outstanding! The actual service to my vehicle I am not! I told Meagan about a past bad experience with my 2017 CRV at this dealership. When my oil was changed an under-pan screw was left loose and fell off on my drive back home. I had to purchase new ones even though my CRV was still under warranty! I asked her to ask the tech to make sure they were secure this time. This is my first oil change on my new 24 CRV Hybrid L. I get home and look under the car and one connector screw was missing and 3 out 4 Phillips head bolts were loose! I still had some connector screws I bought for my 2017 CRV episode and was able to install it myself where the one is missing. There is no excuse for such bad service. I changed my own oil on my 2017 CRV after the first bad experience for the next 6 years and never once lost another pan screw! Now this is my second one lost by your dealership on first oil changes for 2 new CRV’s! I know if I had not checked under this CRV I would have lost at least 3 Phillips head pan bolts too! Somebody needs to slowdown and be briefed on the importance of doing this job correctly! I am keeping the new screw package I installed and will expect a replacement provided to me on my next visit! The tires were rotated also, and by the time I drove to Revolution Church in Maryville, one of my valve stem caps was missing too! I checked the other 3 and all were loose ready to fall off! This is just not good service. Please fix this problem before I return for my 2nd free maintenance in another 10,000 miles. Thank You, Gary C

Was well pleased with the way that she handled things. She went above and beyond. Checking on tires And following up with the mechanics to know what I needed like the way that you can look through the windows and see what they’re doing to your vehicle.
