Megan always does a terrific job. She got me in and out and taken care of very quickly. I normally do not do surveys, and find them very tedious. It is not a reflection on Megan‘s job performance if I do not do a survey.

I appreciate that the service was free. But I had an appointment at 10am. And it took the team until right around 12 to get my car back to me. I have never had an oil change, tire rotation/ systems check take that long. And my tires were low on air after I left the auto center. Which they had not been before I came. The person who checked me in was very nice. And the lady who checked me out was super nice. But the other customer support staff as I came in were pretty rude. And one even got really mad at a co worker on the phone and slammed the phone down on him. Overall, after my free times, I would likely not come to Honda for any maintenance. I would just take the car to matlock.

The sales staff could learn a lot about being polite to a customer. I prefer to buy elsewhere but your Service department is excellent!!

I have never had any problems going to Airport Honda with anything. Everyone Iis always polite and willing to answer any of my questions. Only place I go for work on my car. Thank you all.
