When I arrived we discussed a part I wanted checked , this was not addressed he confirmed they would check and let me know .
Never happened and he said your ready to go let’s pay and be own your way . I replied what about the problem , he said oh I forgot to tell them . ????
Everything was great except for the wait time. I was a bit early for my appointment and it still took until nearly 930 for a oil change and tire rotation.
My satisfaction with Airport Honda service department has always been a great experience for over the past 4 years.

The service was scheduled quickly, we waited during the oil change and very much appreciated the communication and the inspection information.
It took a bit longer for the service to be completed, but that wasn’t Megan’s fault. And, I was going to be billed for paint touch up that I didn’t order.
Although shop backed up and was told 1 hour service but then told 2 hours. Meagan apologized and with the shop got it done in less than 2 hours. Well done Meagan!
I asked about headlight lense replacement and was offered a cheaper alternative and was able to have it done that day. I am very happy.
Meagan is wonderful. The whole staff is always courteous and helpful. Kevin’s the best salesman ever too!!!

Anthony is so wonderful at his job!! He is friendly, and helpful and overall very pleasant.
Oil leak issue was not resolved. Not pleased that technicians did not check before giving vehicle back. Will have to return again to try to fix issue.
Excellent fast service. Hannah my service advisor was very nice and helpful.
