My home is 35 miles from your dealership. You didn’t have the necessary parts to perform the recall. Now I’m faced with another trip . If I was notified that you had no parts the appointment could have been made when they were available.

Took 3 hours for a simple oil change. Took up my ENTIRE Saturday afternoon. Piece was broken off my back windshield wiper 2 oil changes ago when they changed it and said they ordered it and still yet have not replaced it. Was not told about tires or anything about my vehicle inspection. Strongly considering never returning.
