Loved Meagan! She goes above and beyond. We were told not only of the warranties on the products used, but the codes to look for if problems arise with those parts. I spend an average of 600 to 700 hundred dollars per visit, and was told I needed to Pre-Pay for parts to be ordered. I purchased a $3,000 warranty for 150k mileage and I have to Pre-Pay for parts. I am not pleased!!!

Hannah was great. Went beyond service as my disconnected electric system was affecting console. I quickly called her after I had driven off and tried the radio. Nothing. She offered to talk me thru restart or to come back by for her assistance. I opted to come by and she came out to show me step by step the process to reactivate all systems. She further assisted me in connecting my phone for hands free control.
The service call for the recall item went exactly as she had promised.
