Excellent service. Even on a Saturday, and really busy, I was taken care of very well. I added getting my brake fluid changed, which I didn't have scheduled to my oil change, and it was done promptly and professionally. Can't recommend this place enough. I just bought my civic, my first self purchased car last year from you guys, and everything from the sale and this first service has been great. Thank you all so much!

I arrived on for my scheduled service appointment on time @ 10:30 a.m.. the service took nearly 1.5 hours which is a little excessive for the service performed. My vehicle was pulled into a service bay approximately 45 minutes after my check in. Not sure was the delay was about as I was provided no explanation. I guess Airport Honda doesn’t run customer vehicles through their car wash after service like many other dealerships do. That would be a nice perk.

I won’t trade unless I get a lower payment and lower total cost on my vehicle. I have been TERRIBLY dissatisfied with this super loud hollow noise that comes from my car when in reverse. But I didn’t notice it till I drove it off the lot. (I thought the salesperson at the time did a GREAT JOB of not addressing THAT feature during the test drive) then many have completely defended that it is totally normal. It’s ridiculous and terribly embarrassing.
