All was good with exception of receiving personnel. I know y’all were very busy and I understood I had to wait to be fitted in. When I realized my vehicle was ready I went to desk and asked about it. Gal at desk indicated to me she had other things going on mentioning what she was dealing with. Again I realize how busy things were but I was put into a position of which I felt guilty for asking about my car. Do I said yes mam!!! Then she said I don’t have time to do your ticket now that she could email it to me. I said that’s fine. I’ve worked in busy similar situation myself but never disrespected my customers to feel they were imposing on me.
Hannah handled the appointment with thoughtfulness, patience and consideration. The result was good for me and appropriate to the situation. I’ll be sharing my experience with others, so it was good for Airport Honda as well!
