Fast, excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. The personalized , regular communication via text as well as face to face means a great deal to me. Regular updates as to progress are so helpful when you are waiting for service work completion. Airport Honda’s Service Department is outstanding!

After 13 years of satisfaction i feel taken advantage of. It is not the fault of the service advisor but Honda people working with my vehicle. I returned the car after the problem i supposedly had and spent $1500 to be fixed only to be told the same issue was something else than what i had paid for. And i am leary of any warranty. I can not rely on a quote for needed work either. Sorry but it looks like your service is no mor reliable than the shade tree mechanic.

I was surprised that i needed a front and rear alignment after 22 days of ownership of a brand new vehicle , especially since it was normal driving. I am honestly abit fearful going forward about how easily it may or may not be to knock the vehicle out of proper alignment. Thanks for your help. This is my first new car and there’s a learning curve, appreciate everyone’s kindness.

Hannah was very polite and professional. But there was a young man and I didn’t get his name but he was extra polite. Very mannerly. He had curly hair and was moving cars. Since it was lunch time and the cashier was gone, he checked me out and then walked me to my car. I might add that while I waited I went to parts to buy a bulb for my car. That time the cashier was there. She was another very competent young woman. I must say those three people made this a good experience. Give all three a pat on the back.

Great customer care. On time and very professional. I do wish your dealership was easier to get into and out of off Alcoa Hwy. Very dangerous especially during rush hour. WOW!
