I’m not sure of the name of the employee that checked me in. But he was so kind and thorough. You could tell that he enjoyed his job and wanted to do it well.
Matthew went to lunch and had a female tech take over. I came in with an emissions light on that I asked for a diagnostic. I was told $170 to be added to any service completed. The estimate was $4000. $500 for an intake hose once I realized what it was I stopped the service. I asked the tech how much for the hose and she quoted $90; I bought it online for $20. $350 to stop a small coolant leak ( two bolts on the thermostat). $3000 for the bank 2 catalytic converter which I was told would probably clear after the hose was replaced. I can’t help but think about the poor old people and women that cannot do the simplest car repairs at the mercy of your service department. I’ve purchased three Hondas in the past, but I will never darken the doors of your dealership again. What I saw today was criminal and a sin.

Disappointed that you do not offer service loaners on a car under estate for oil change. Ryan deserves a five star. He was awesome and provided great customer service. He is fantastic.
The work seems to be satisfactory but i was quoted 1 price before the work was done, but when the work was completed I was given a much higher price. Also to see the old parts but wasn't they wasn't shown to me. In the end I paid the initial quote, but never got to see the old parts.
