I was pleased that the agent could tell me that Honda changed the transmission in 2015, probably why I get lower knowledge than my Wisconsin Honda Fit owner. I was also surprised that the total of this repair was less than the quoted estimate.

Matt was very understanding of the defect to my vehicle. However, because this defective part was confirmed, I am concerned that there was no understanding from anyone except Matt about the defect. Just a kind address of thanks from Honda about the part being defective in a general note. The defect to several other similar verified type of vehicles would have been a great extra customer care exemplification. Overall the repair was a success and thank you for correcting the defective part under the vehicles warranty.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Communication was unbelievable from the time we made the appointment to picking it up after service. The team at Airport Honda are always friendly and ready to assist you any way they can. Really above and beyond service.

Who ever called me was rude. I was in an important meeting and declined the call. She proceeded to call me two more times and had to keep declining the call. I had to step away from the meeting to see who it was on the fourth time she called me, all back to back to back to back. When I answered I told her she didn’t need to do that and I would call back to schedule. She acted very rude when I said that and told me I didn’t have to decline the call like that. I can do whatever I want, I don’t need to be harassed by the service desk. Other than the the repairs and service were great.
