Technician had comments in video not mentioned by service advisor. Technician said my cabin air filter needed replacement and service was not offered. Not a big deal really as I will do it myself but a little odd that it wasn’t even mentioned. Other than that small detail, the service was fast, excellent and courteous. Thank you for a great experience and I will be back. Thank you

Not about the service, which was very good, it's about the price. Can't help but say that $210 for a key is ridiculous. This sort of markup is what would deter me from buying a car at the dealership. And I did buy a car from you a while back.
