Job wasn't completed because parts had to be ordered. I certainly understand why job could not be completed today. Hopefully job will be completed tomorrow, Thursday as l am leaving town early Friday morning.
Way too expensive for a single oil change and almost a 2 hour wait. Will not return.

My fob got in my A/C duct work and cost $522 just to find it and because I merely dropped it in the floor and it went in the duct work of NO fault of mine and All other models have cross bars on the Vent. Amazing ordeal and stressful

I brought my car in Monday, August 5, because my brake light had been on for 2 days. After taking my car to check it, I was told what they thought my car required and said they could order the parts after I paid for them and would need my car all day and to bring it back Tuesday, which I did. When I picked it up Tuesday late and drove it home; however, on the way home my brakes did not feel right but I assumed that was just because they had worked on them. I did not drive the car again until 4:30 on Wednesday. On the way to meet friends in Maryville for dinner, when I stopped at a light and put my foot on the brake, it kept rolling (because of the previous afternoon driving car home from Honda, I was afraid to drive any faster than 45) and only stopped if I pumped brake. Thankfully from Louisville to where we were eating, I had only 2 lights, got to my destination, and worried about trip home. I knew I was going to have it towed to Honda Thursday morning. I drove even slower home and again only stop by pumping and even the it kept slowly rolling. I made it home safely but fuming. I had paid over $1200 dollars for whatever they did, which included over $600 for labor. It turns out the work the did had not included the brake problem I came in for. I rode with the tow truck Thursday morning and once again was told they had to order the parts to now fix the problem I initially came in for but they would need to keep my car. I finally got my car after 4:30 Friday. I was frightened to drive my car because I no longer trust your mechanics to make my car safe to drive when I bring it in. This is not the first time this has happened there. A while back I brought it in with a problem with air conditioner. I think once again I had to leave it. When I picked it up, I was assured it was working fine, got in the car headed home and no air conditioning. I turned around, took it back, and had to leave it again.
