They dx my issue and updated my ecu and there was no charge.
Your service employee was great. He was absolutely not the problem. The problem was, I dropped my car off at 10am and it was not finished until almost 330pm. I will be back though because my experiences at this dealership have almost all been good otherwise.

Very nice young man, good explanation of multi-point inspection results, we got our burned out fog lamp replaced and we were on our way. Nice to meet the technician that did the work - and we were pleasantly surprised when we found the little mints he had left for us!!

I have been bringing my car to this Honda site for every repair I purchased my vehicle from this Honda dealership in the past when I had to leave my car there for very expensive repairs I was offered a vehicle to use until the work on the car was done now there is a charge I don’t like that as I have been a loyal customer I have decided to check other Honda dealership’s to get additional quotes I am disappointed in this dealership
