We appreciated the fact that the dealership recognized there was an issue with the car and, although not technically covered under the warranty, worked with us to achieve an acceptable solution. Kudos to the wonderful service manager!!
Ryan did a wonderful job as the service writer. Really was upfront about everything and let me know what I was dealing with on each aspect. I appreciate his friendliness and also knowing what next steps would be, especially since I would be taking a long trip out west. Hannah was very responsive and sweet
Everything was great - beautiful waiting area, super friendly staff, and I appreciated the coffee. But as I left to go home, I got a message that said my tires were low. You guys rotated my tires, but didn’t recalibrate it in the car settings. So I had to turn around and go back, which was frustrating with all the traffic. However, once I returned, Hannah took care of the problem. She was very sweet about it.
I did not have to wait long at all, which was nice. Megan was so friendly and we had a good conversation. She deserves a raise.
Jeremy was extraordinary. I felt like he explained everything to my satisfaction, made a process that I typically don't like doing (having a car serviced) feel easy and enjoyable. This was my first time and I'm planning to have Airport Honda service my car as long as I own it.

The evening I purchased my vehicle it was too late to have it detailed. I was told that would be taken care of at another time of my choosing. I was coming for the new Honda owners meeting and asked if it could be done beforehand. I was told that would be fine and they did an excellent job!
The young man Austin that greeted me and checked to see if I qualified for the recall was very kind and helpful.
