Meagan did an excellent job. She listened to my concerns, checked on setting up the needed testing and then put the plan in motion. Though tue process took a while, she had told me it would and why. She made sure all of my concerns were addressed.

Matthew Oravitz is the IDEAL service advisor. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight-to-the-point when answering questions. I wasn't pressured at all for anything; he simply and clearly laid out the facts of my vehicles situation and my options. I am very appreciative of him and your service team as well.
I am disappointed that you all use the credit card machine that charges a percentage of the total bill. It’s expensive enough to have vehicles serviced and repaired without additional charges. Looks like you all could use some other method of payment or absorb that fee for your customers.
