It required 3 trips to your service dept. to perform a simple 10 minute tailgate harness factory recall. My first trip was simply to assess the job. Second trip- you had a defective parts shipment (should have been identified before making my appointment). Also, your numerous automates texts are a terrible reflection on your business. The list goes on and on. If I were in the market for a new Honda vehicle, it's doubtful I would trust your store with my business. I am being honest and giving your truthful feedback. You need major repair of your processes and oversight.
