Airport Honda stepped up and they put a new battery in it at no charge

m Honda of Cleveland. They lie straight to your face. They to oder parts. Which i don't think thwy even replaced im having the same problem I see r and over. They dont take back rental cars ans your account gets charged 700
00 an s leaving it for you to fix
No apology. I was never we going to buy a Honda again. Airport changed my mind and I will drive almost 2 hours out if my way for good service ans friendly people.

Always had a great customer service there. However, I had an appointment time of 10:30 AM for just an oil change and it took them two hours and 15 minutes to complete it. It's been like that the past few times I've been in there with my vehicles. Why making an appointment if you're going to wait as long as someone who walks in for the same service?

Spoke with Riley, the assigned technician, and he explained exactly what they did to correct brake system.
Both were excellent and professional.
Matt has always done a great job for me. Appointment is quick and check in is always on time and easy. Work is done quickly and he comes to tell me when it’s completed. Very good experience for service.
