Megan was great. The techs/mechanics working on the car were a bit questionable. On the second time of picking my car up after it was worked on again for a related issue, the car was given back to me and the hood wouldn't even close. I had to take the car back through the service lane from the dealership parking lot(since I never left) and show the service advisors there. They immediately took the car back to get the hood clamp readjusted and corrected but the fact that it happened in the first place makes me wonder about the rest of the work done. If something so obvious and basic want done correctly then what else was not done correctly...

Meagan was great. The problem experienced was the light coming on stating, "Tire pressures low.". I was half way back to Knoxville. I could not return to the dealership. Meagan gave me instructions how resolve this problem, but I wasn't successful. I will ask a friend for help on Sunday.
Wyatt truly exemplified the best in customer service. I recommend this man be promoted to train others in how to deal with the public!
Wyatt, who assisted me was great! The matter of checking out was not as expected. I was told that despite buying a car this past August 10th with 46K miles, I was not eligible to have free oil changes as initially informed at the time of the car purchase.
