I was never contacted about my vehicle needing any service other than what I had dropped it off for. Which was to replace all 4 tires. When I picked up the vehicle it had been aligned as well. This was an additional cost that surprised me. Did it need an alignment at 28,000 miles? I don't know it was never discussed with me. Next time please contact me before performing work on my vehicle.

I received direct communication during the entire process of checking in my vehicle, what is recommended to keep the car running good, and payment process. Payment process was smooth and no surprises from the open and direct communication. Every interaction with a staff member was polite, warm with a smile and upbeat. I love the cleanliness’s of the building inside and out. I drove out of there feeling satisfied knowing my vehicle would be safe to drive.
