Thank you for finding the issue with my car.
Joe was very kind and not a problem at all. However, the information I received showed that the car would be ready at 3, so I decided to wait since I brought some work to do. The waiting area was nice and comfortable. The car was not finished until 4:50. I would totally have had someone pick me up if I had known it would take an additional 2 hours. Also it is now making a thud noise when I drive so I need to call tomorrow and bring it back.
Appreciate Joe Lafollette understanding my problem with my battery and providing a good solution. Appreciate the vehicle inspection list. Also identified two maintenance issues.
