She come to me and asked me to go to lunch with her and paid for my meal. Her service was phenomenal!! I felt like I was mislead on timing. I had to return after a previous appointment due to a slight mistake the mechanic had made putting on my tire. Things happen and I wasn't upset by this. I was told to get there early and then it would be sent right back to get fixed. Everyone at the time made it seem like it was a high priority for them to fix it for me. When I got there, the person doing the repair wasn't there and had to be called in. After several hours, I went to the desk to check on the progress and was told it was almost done but had to finish drying. After an additional hour, I walked up again and they immediately got my car. The immediate nature felt like it had been done for awhile but I had been forgotten about. I was lead to believe that it would be quick but it took 3.5 hours. If I was informed of the expected processing time, I wouldn't have an issue. My only issue is with the implications that it was going to be quick when it wasn't.

The waiting time was a “bit” longer than we expected…didn’t anticipate the recall tacked on with the oil change and tire rotation would take three hours. Fortunately we didn’t have other plans…
