Courtney was very professional and personable. Check in and pickup was timely and flawless. I’ve never left dissatisfied. My only suggestion is to provide printed alignment data after having this performed on my car.

They kept my car for a week..and Courtney told me it had nothing to do with my recall they did.. and it was my recall.. no communication from her for three days. I had to talk to someone different who told me it was my recall part defect.and then they broke another part wile fixing it.with a message to call me Monday..no call..And didn't notify me at all. Horrible customer service.

I have always enjoyed airport Honda, it’s just becoming very long for even a simple oil change and inspection (nearly 3 hours today before even taking for diagnostics) Additionally in my last few experiences everyone has been exceptionally nice, but sometimes the information flow seems scattered and not always logical. Today I mentioned what I understood to be an error code, this was missed on the front end from when I called and dropped off the car and in the end it was determined to be a timeline car care reminder. The diagnostic charge was dropped which was appreciated. We talked about tires and a quote but I live A good distance away, when I mentioned ordering the tires and had a question on the quote when I checked out, there was no quote and my car had already been in for service since 1045 and it was now almost 3 so staying around for more information did not seem to be the best use of time. The last time I had an issue and brought the car I was told about all sorts of error codes but those were created by the underlying issue, not each individual issue/code separately. Everyone is very nice but the long wait times and game of telephone relaying information are making it harder to make the over hour hour drive worth it and is not the experience I had when I first started coming years ago
