The mirror replacing the one I had is giving a fun-house mirror effect and distorting the reflection. It actually makes me a bit dizzy when I look at it. I'll have to call to schedule a time to get it fixed, but it should not have been deemed done when it's weird like that. It makes me think I was given an inferior part in the replacement. It's frustrating that it wasn't done well and I'm going to have to find another time to get it fixed.

I was satisfied but there were a few glitches that occurred during the recent service appointment . From a customer observing the process, I feel that communication was one of the main problems. My appointment was at 2:00, and I was to have a brake fluid exchange, an oil change and transmission drained. Meagan did inform me that it would take 3 hours and I informed her that I was willingly to wait. Around 5:00, she told me that it would be 20 more minutes because the mechanic had to drive the car to make sure that all was correct with the transmission. At 5:30, I was still waiting so I went to find out what was happening. I saw Megan looking through the parking lot for my car which she eventually found. This appeared to me that she did not know what was going on which meant the mechanic did not communicate with her or vice versa and he just parked the car having not finished the job. Megan informed me that the part that was needed for the transmission did not come in so the transmission work was not able to be completed., so I am not sure why she said that the mechanic was going to drive the car- and when did he realize that the part needed was not going to arrive - surely not at 5:30. I feel that with a late appointment and a part that needed to be ordered, this should be considered before having the customer make the appointment or wait on it. Fortunately, I was able to leave the car overnight and I was given a rental for free. Megan also had the mechanics finish the work the next day so I could pick it up by noon. I just feel that more thought needs to be put in when a customer makes an appointment to make sure that there will be time to complete the work. And , the mechanic and the service advisor need to communicate better. Thank you, Carolyn M
Meagan made me feel welcome and like a part of a family. This is my 4th crv. Because Megan shows that she really cares about her customers and she was attentive to my needs, I feel confident using Airport Hondas' service department.
