we bought our 2015 Honda pilot used under the Honda certified program 3 weeks ago. The two things that needed resolving on the vehicle were 1. the alignment 2. replacement of the windshield wiper lines that had gone bad. Upon making my first visit to have these things fixed, they did repair the alignment and I thought they had repaired the lines for the wipers. When I got home, there was a puddle of windshield wiper fluid in my driveway. Visit number two was going back up there and y’all telling me there was a hole in the tank and they would order another one. Visit number three I came up there and after an hour and a half was told they ordered the wrong reservoir and would need to come back. Visit four just like the last visit I was there over an hour and then told they had once again sent the wrong part. Now I’m awaiting a call to set up another appointment to hopefully get this resolved. Sincerely frustrated Hunter A

Nathan was very polite, respectful, and friendly. He did an excellent job answering my questions and explaining the information on the multi-point vehicle checklist.
